PTPA Spring Campaign Winners Announced!

Im not too sure where you live, but here in Toronto not only did we get to experience a bit of spring weather this week, but the PTPA (Parent Tested Parent Approved) announced their Spring Campaign Winners and added to the excitement in the air.

I don't know how many times as a parent, I have stood in a kids store and held up a product and asked my self the following questions:
